My passion for mediation began in 2018, representing NUS as a Mediator in the IV NLS NMC Mediation Competition and being a co-trainer at the Peacemakers Conference (2019).

 

Since becoming a SIMI Accredited Mediator (Level 1) in 2020, I have been dedicated to empowering parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements through open and constructive dialogue. I create a safe and neutral space for individuals to express their needs, guiding them toward collaborative solutions and positive outcomes.

I have extensive experience as a mediator, having co-mediated a high-value family dispute with Sage Mediation in 2022, assisted in a high-value employment dispute in 2025, and mediated a significant MOM matter in 2025.

As a coach, I volunteered at the Peacemakers Conference in 2021 and served as coach for the Ministry of Law’s Maintenance Enforcement Officers in their inaugural Conciliation Workshop in 2024. I was also a SIMI Facilitator for the Singapore Polytechnic SPOT Workshop in 2019.

 

I served as a judge for the International Mediation Singapore in 2020, the RGNUL Sports and Entertainment Law Mediation Competition in 2021, and the CDRC-A&G Inter Varsity Cup in 2023.​
